This is the house's private and intimate floor. It's composed by three bedrooms (between 25m2 and 35m2) and three bathrooms. One of the bathrooms, itself around 20m2, endowed with an impressive jacuzzi surrounded by three windows composing a triptych that lies over amazing Belém, composes, along with the biggest bedroom, the main suite of the house. It's also completed by a spacious and elegant wood made closet, that is accessible by a private elevator.
The rooms are also served by a big varanda, located in the back part of the house. In this floor, there's also an extra room, of smaller dimensions, that can be used, for example, as a kids playroom.
