The basement was thought as a backfloor to the house, with separated connections (stairs, internal elevator, separated street door) that guarantee privacy in the right zones of the house. It also backs the pool and garden area. Finally, it can be used as a guest zone, with it's suite being placed near its more noble zones, near the pool and the garden.
The basement is composed by two big storerooms, a big laundry room industrial machine ready (pipes and plugs), a shower room, a bathroom, a small undiferentiated room (+/- 10m2) with an access door to the garden, one suite (+/-12m2), a bathroom with a shower backing the kitchen, a room backing the kitchen, a playground or games room (+/-90m2) (2nd picture bellow) with a big removeble cabinet (1st picture bellow), the boiler and central heating system room, a machine room (3rd picture bellow), and another room (with a big freezer) that can be also used to back the kitchen.
