First Floor

The central floor of the house is the first one, for its position as well as for its functions. After the entrance door, the big “hall d'entrée" in marble stone gives access to a guests bathroom and a hidden and small storage annex. Crossing the "hall d'entrée", a double door allows you to enter the main room of the house: a big 90m2 T-shaped room with a veranda, a fireplace, and a door isolated private and intimate meal room.

Next to this room, lies what is easily the most impressive space of the house: an +/-80m2 kitchen, colored black and white  by its black marble stone and white furniture. The equipment ( built-in Siemens fryer, ovens (3), coffee machine and fridge) is new, having being used not more two or three times, and it seems it's still didn't make its debut.

The kitchen is also backed by a kind of waiting room, its chess-like floor being made of seductive white and black marble squares, and illuminated by a massive three window panoramic view over the Restelo area and Lisbon river.

The first floor scheme is completed by a last room that connects both the kitchen and the garage.
